A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that produces the result. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatically Collected Information
Hosting providers create routine logs, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. Aggregate use of those logs helps maintain the service and understand page traffic. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.

Hosting and support providers process routine logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure occurs when valid legal process requires it, and not for unrelated purposes.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on location and the facts of a request, visitors may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a business. The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c. 266, took effect January 15, 2025, subject to its scope and public-information exclusions. Because this service retains little visitor information, a request usually concerns the contact mailbox or available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by New Jersey, Camden County, or Voorhees custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
